Ingredients:
Truffle Honey
Marinated Cherry Peppers - sliced
Pepperoni
Mozzarella - shredded
Marinara
Frozen Puff Pastry Sheet
One Egg - optional
Garnish: Basil & Parmesan
All measurements are with your heart!
Recipe:
Let your puff pastry thaw for 15-20 minutes and preheat your oven to 400°F.
Lay parchment paper on your baking sheet.
Dot with honey then sprinkle on your cherry peppers followed by your pepperoni, then your cheese and dot sauce.
Top with your puff pastry and lightly press down the edges.
Beat your egg and brush on top of the pastry sheet. This step is optional but it does create a golden crust!
Bake at 400°F for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully flip onto serving dish and top with your fresh basil and grated parmesan.
